Role Overview
This position provides technical expertise in Electrical & Control systems by designing, managing, and implementing equipment solutions to support business objectives and ensure sustainability.
Key Responsibilities include developing and managing E-Flow for investment projects, executing equipment improvements to enhance reliability, adhering to installation standards to improve MTBF and MTTR, and driving innovative engineering solutions to meet department goals.
The role involves becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) by researching applications, introducing new technologies, and providing technical training for continuous process improvement. It also requires utilizing data analysis and customer feedback to identify issues, developing technical documentation for long-term production, and mentoring team members to enhance technical skills.
Additional duties encompass identifying gaps related to equipment, leading improvement activities, and communicating technical knowledge internally and externally to strengthen department capabilities.
Qualifications & Skills include a bachelor’s engineering degree or equivalent experience, with 0-6 years of engineering experience. Candidates should possess strong communication, presentation, and Microsoft Office skills, along with the ability to create technical presentations and teach others.
This role typically involves working in a manufacturing environment, with flexibility for overtime, including weekends and shutdown periods, supporting automated machining lines.
